Albert van der Heiden Son The van der Heiden family is mourning the loss of Albertus and Albert van der Heiden, who passed away within a few weeks of each other. Albert van der Heiden, the first son of Albertus and Maria, passed away October 21, 2010 as a result of an extended battle with Emphysema. Al was born November 3, 1953 in the Netherlands. He was a veteran, a Harley Davidson lover, and outdoors man, prospector, pool player and karaoke singer. He lived life to its fullest spending years in Portland with his wife, Leslee. He is survived by his wife, Leslee; children: Joseph and Juanita (Tyson); 4 grandchildren. A celebration for the lives of Albertus and Albert will be held Saturday, November 13, 2010, 5-9 p.m. at the home of Bert and Gaylia. Please contact us by email at jo.semon@hotmail.com.
