Alec Mathie

Alec L. Mathie 1931 ~ 2010 Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, Alec L. Mathie, passed away at age 79 on June 20, 2010 in Mobile, Alabama Born April 19, 1931 in Kenton, England. He married his eternal sweetheart, Lucy, on April 4, 1952. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Alec is survived by his current wife and loving companion, Ruth; daughters, Irene (Ken), Raine (David) and Heather; blessed also with 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his eternal companion, Lucy Mathie; grandson, Ben Allsop. Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 27, 2010 at 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. Viewing from 10-11:45 a.m. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
