Alfonso Lopez

Alfonso B. Lopez age 60 entered into eternal life on July 2, 2021, in Safford, AZ. He was born on August 28, 1960 in Morenci, AZ to Reynaldo Mendoza Lopez & Frances Bencomo Lopez. Growing up in San Manuel, AZ he later moved to Tucson, AZ, and became a skilled concrete finisher. Eventually settling in Greenlee/Graham Counties particularly in Safford, AZ where he spent the rest of his days. He never married but had one daughter Gina Lopez and one grandson, Adrian Sanchez. He is preceded in death by his parents Reynaldo "Nato" M. Lopez & Frances "Kika" B. Lopez, 3 brothers Reynaldo, Sonny, & Frank Lopez. He is survived by his daughter Gina Lopez and grandson Adrian Sanchez of San Manuel, 2 brothers Richard (Sylvia) Lopez and Robert Lopez of Safford, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Burial services for Alfonso will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 15, 2021, at the Safford Cemetery with a post-funeral reception afterward at the American Legion in Safford, AZ.
