Allan E. Charbonneau 1948 ~ 2007 Allan Eugene Charbonneau passed away October 17, 2007 from complications of Agent Orange. He was the first child born to Joseph and Ronda Jessperson Charbonneau in San Diego, California on August 7, 1948. He served in Vietnam from 1969-70 and was highly decorated. He married Linda Hetherington Long in June, 1983. He was Chief of Police for Draper, Utah and was proud of what he accomplished for the city. After leaving Draper, he received his plumbing contractors license and started Caribou Plumbing which he ran until his retirement. Allan is survived by his two beloved children: Sarah Lynn and Cody Allan who he loved with all his heart and was proud they were his children; his parents; brothers: Thomas and Peter; sister, Debbie; and many other family members. Graveside services will be held Monday, October 22, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 11171 South Redwood Road, Bluffdale, UT with military honors. Memorial services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the LDS Chapel, 1050 East 10600 South, Sandy, UT. In lieu of flowers donations to family appreciated.
