Alma Bankhead 1954 ~ 2008 Alma Kathryn Van Aacken Bankhead, 53, passed away June 3, 2008. Born December 27, 1954 in Santa Barbara, California, daughter of Marvin H. and Mary Lou Harper Van Aacken. Married John Phillip Bankhead. In her younger years she loved to sail and dance. Survived by husband, John; daughters, Jenifer Hollingsworth, West Valley City; Melissa (Shawn) Andrus, Lehi; grandchildren: Taylor and Cole Hollingsworth; Kayden, Tucker, Kaitlin and Claire Andrus; sister, Melanie (David) Banton; brother, Mark (Susie) Van Aacken. Preceded in death by her parents. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
