Amanda Liane Evans Raymond, 37, of Thatcher passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at the Tucson Medical Center. She was born on June 4, 1976 in Tucson, to Timothy Don Evans and Geraldine Bryce Evans. Manda worked as a medical biller. She loved to cook and bake, designing floral arrangements, puzzles, and loved to plan events to bring together her family that she loved so much. She is survived by her children, Josh and Isabel, of Thatcher; her mother Geri (John) Heffron of Thatcher; father, Tim (Julie) Evans of Tucson; brother, Chris Evans of Tucson; and sisters, Jessica Heffron of Thatcher and Alyson Heffron of Pima; grandfather, Lavar (Jane) Bryce, of Willcox; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Glenna Bryce, and grandfather, William Heffron. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 14, 2013 at the Thatcher Church Street LDS Chapel, By Bishop Max Nicholas. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be in the Thatcher Cemetery following services. Family suggests donations be made in Amandas name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at www.jdrf.org
