Anita Mae Hreinson Vanover 1925 ~ 2008 Anita Mae Hreinson Vanover, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away March 1, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born March 31, 1925 in Castle Gate, Utah, daughter of John S. and Ethel Singleton Hreinson. Married Marion Vanover Jr.; later divorced. Member of the LDS Church. Many people called her mom and grandma. Worked for Civil Service for 35 years. Enjoyed the Utah Jazz. Survived by children: Chris Keith, Phoenix, AZ; Eugene Vanover, Salt Lake City; Vanda (Karl) Kercher, Austin, TX; Connie Vanover, Salt Lake City; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by sons: Allen and Richard; 1 grandson; 1 great-grandson; 3 sisters; 2 brothers Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where a viewing will be held Tuesday, 5-7 p.m. and Wednesday, 9-9:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Spanish Fork Cemetery.
