Ann Broadhead

Ann Samuels Moore Broadhead 1941 ~ 2007 Ann Samuels Moore Broadhead, 65, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2007 at her home in Taylorsville, Utah. Ann was born December 2, 1941 to Carrie Wilda Timothy and Lorenzo Snow Samuels in Vernal, Utah. Ann married Jerry F. Moore on November 28, 1959. He passed away in March, 1978. Ann later married Delbert H. Broadhead, who passed away in January, 2004. Ann was a very loving and caring mother and grandmother. She adored her family and lived her life for them by her charitable, giving nature and loving heart. We will miss her dearly. Ann is survived by her three children: David Blayne Moore, West Valley City; Aneita Montgomery, West Jordan; Chad J. Moore, Manti; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sister, Elaine Taylor, Cody, WY. Preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Funeral services will be on Wednesday October 3, 2007, 1:00 p.m at the Ashley Stake Center, 850 West 100 North, Vernal, Utah. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 2, from 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and on Wednesday from 12-12:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment, Maeser Cemetery.
