Anthony Castro

Anthony "Tony" Castro, 46, of Safford, AZ, passed away April 7, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. He was born on April 9, 1969 in Safford to Ignacio "Nacho" and Clara Castro. Tony is survived by his mother, Clara Castro, three brothers; Junior, Eddie and Bobby, two sisters; Debbie Gonzales and Cecil Gauna, daughter Samantha Tellez along with four grandchildren; Jason, Joshua, Leilana and Robbie. He is preceded in death by his father, Ignacio "Nacho" Castro, brother, Mike Castro and sister, Susan Castro. A viewing for Tony will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. with the Rosary being prayed at 7:00 p.m. at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Safford, AZ. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima. Tony was loved by all and will never be forgotten. He will always be in our hearts. We love you "T", Rest in Peace.
