Arlene Peak 1933 ~ 2010 Our beloved mother, Arlene Rose Forster Peak, age 76, left us to be with our Heavenly Father March 7, 2010 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born April 25, 1933 in Boone, Iowa, daughter of Carl Edwin and Mathilda Rebecca Hermina Eckhoff Forster. Married George Edwin Peak January 18,1964. She loved to bowl and loved her cat, Tinker Bell, very much. Survived by daughter Kimberly (Gary) Reay, daughter-in-law, Gail; grandchildren: Stephanie and Christopher. Preceded in death by her husband; son, Stephen; parents; and sister, Joann Carlson. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 12, 2010, 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 5200 South 2700 West. A viewing will be held Thursday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Friday at the church, 9:30-10:00 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation of Utah or Utah Cancer Institute.
