Arthur Longstreet

Arthur Longstreet passed away peacefully, April 14, 2025 at San Carlos Apache Healthcare surrounded by his loved ones. Arthur was born October 07, 1934 in San Carlos, Arizona to the late Clarence & Pauline Longstreet. Arthurs most joyous moments in his life was the birth of his late daughter Shirley Longstreet.

Arthur attended the Bylas Day School and graduated at 8th grade. Art had numerous jobs and the one he enjoyed the most was being a cowboy. in the 1990's, Art moved back to Bylas with his late sister Naomi Preston and her family. 

As Arthurs health began to deteriorate, his niece Jolene became his caregiver. Art enjoyed watching wrestling, baseball, and basketball. Art made many friends and loved to attend the Bylas Older Adult Center. Art loved serving the Lord and attending church at Bylas Assembly of God. 

Arthur has numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren, whom he loved gratefully. Art was in attendance to every family gathering or special event. Grandpa Art will be missed at every family gathering. 

The family would like to thank everyone who donated, or who helped in anyway. Please continue your prayers as we mourn the loss of our uncle and grandpa.
