Barry Crawford

Barry L. Crawford Love You Bear Jeremy & Justin Barry Lamont Crawford, 53, passed away August 24, 2007 in West Valley City, Utah. Born September 1, 1953 in Salt Lake City, Utah, son of Buford and Adelia Luane Pierce Crawford. Married Shauna Gerth (mother of Jeremy and Justin); later divorced. Married Julie Smith; later divorced. Married Joanne Noble; she preceded him in death. He grew up in South Salt Lake and graduated from Granite High School. He liked sports, was involved in high school musicals, member of the band, sang, was a self-taught pianist, entertained and performed on numerous occasions and brought many youth groups together to perform. He loved his dad and really missed him dearly since his passing in 1991. He loved his sons and visited them whenever he could. They knew he would do anything he could for them. He enjoyed bowling with his family, claimed Joanne to be his soul mate and really missed her since her passing in 2001. Survived by sons: Jeremy Sky and Justin Scott Crawford; grandson, Sydney; mother; brothers: Kent (Shirley) Crawford and Val Dean Crawford; sister, Janae Wootton. Preceded in death by father; brother, Narvil Jay Crawford; and wife, Joanne. Barry will be remembered by his piano playing and singing filling the house with music. His great sense of humor will be missed. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where a viewing will be held Monday, 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday, 10-10:40 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Taylorsville Cemetery.
