Bennett E. Twitchell 1924 ~ 2008 Bennett Edwin Twitchell, 84, passed away August 7, 2008 in Taylorsville, Utah. Born January 28, 1924 in Mountain Home, Idaho, son of Gordon and Catherine Smith Twitchell. Married Doris Christensen January 20, 1946 in; she preceded him in death. He served in WWII in the Pacific Theater and the Korean Conflict and retired as an Army Recruiter. Survived by sister, Jessie Twitchell Gropp, Boise, ID and loving extended family. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 12, 2008, 10:30 a.m. at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 South Redwood Road . A viewing will be held Tuesday, 9-10:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home.
