Bessie Mae Allen, 91, of Solomon, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2010 at the Arbor House in Solomon. She was born on November 20, 1918 in DeKalb, TX, to Zeddie Newton Nelson and Ursley Bell Moore. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at the VFW in Thatcher. Viewing will be one hour prior to services at the VFW. Interment will be in the Chapelwood Memorial Gardens in Texarkana, Texas.
