Betty Kitcheyan

Betty Ann Kitcheyan, 70, of Bylas, passed away on July 27, 2018 in Safford after a long illness. She was born April 20th, 1948 in Thatcher, AZ to the late Katie and Calvin Kitcheyan. Betty attended Ft. Thomas schools and graduated from Ft. Thomas High School in 1967. Betty was a career school teacher and retired from the Bylas Head Start. She was a Christian and member of the Lighthouse Assembly of God Church She enjoyed sewing, acorn picking and traveling to different places. She especially enjoyed being around family and friends. Betty is survived by her companion Skeeter Pike, her three siblings; Mary Alice Kitcheyan, Tex Kitcheyan and Michaelene Sue Kitcheyan, her two grandchildren; Dorinda Baylish and Erin Pike, and her three great-grandchildren; Elaina, Rihanna, and Mila Mendez. She is preceded in death by her parents; Katie and Calvin Kitcheyan and her children; Lorinda Kitcheyan and Aaron Pike. The viewing will be held Friday August 3rd at 4:00 PM at the Kitcheyan residence followed by a service on Saturday August 4th at 2:00 PM at Lighthouse Assembly of God Church with internment immediately after at Black Point.
