Billy Paxton

Billy Dewain Paxton, 83 of Safford, passed away in Peoria, AZ on September 26, 2014. Dewain was born in Safford, AZ on October 10, 1930 to William and Velda Larlene Paxton. Dewain was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend. He had a loving generous spirit and will be deeply missed by all. Dewain is survived by his wife Bobbi Skinner Paxton, sisters Henrietta Hamblen and Clayola Traylon, Children: Lawrence (Laurie) Paxton, Terry (Mary) Paxton, Audrey (Kenneth) Heuck, Erma (Armando) Rivas and Harry (Nancy) Paxton, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Dewain was preceded in death by his parents William Franklin and Velda Larlene Paxton, Sisters Sylvia Ann Paxton and Marguarite Crum, and loving wife of 58 years Erma Charlene Hubbard Paxton. A viewing for Dewain will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Caldwell Funeral Chapel. The Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2014 starting at 10:00 a.m. at the Safford LDS Stake Center, 501 Catalina Dr., Safford, AZ. Interment will follow in the Safford Cemetery.
