Blanche Parker

Blanche Parker 1908 ~ 2007 Our loving grandmother, friend and aunt, Blanche Josephine Neuffer Parker, age 99, passed away peacefully August 18, 2007 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born March 12, 1908 in Preston, Idaho to Adolph and Emma Rinderknecht Neuffer. She loved her family unconditionally and shared her love and kindness with those she encountered. She liked to bake, knit, crochet, paint and make hand crafts. She was a homemaker and helped her husband with his chicken farm. Survived by grandchildren: Joe (Carol)Hunter, Ned (Sheila) Hunter and DAnn (Don) Hill; great-grandchildren: Dylan, Robert, Paul, Tanya, Joey and Roy; great-great grandchildren: Kurt, Grei, Angelina and Dominic. Preceded in death by her husband, Neldon; daughter, Dorothy Stroyer; son, Blaine; and grandson, Alan Hunter. Funeral services will be held Friday, 11:00 a.m. at the Riverview Ward, 5550 South 1300 West. A viewing will be held Thursday, 7-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Friday at the church, 10-10:40 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Taylorsville Cemetery.
