Bobby Gene Arancibia, 81, of Ft. Thomas, passed away July 16, 2016 in Safford, AZ. She was born April 22, 1935 in Sidney, Arkansas to Elmer & Ruby Gray.A graveside service will be held for Bobby on Tuesday, July 26th at 10:00 a.m. at the Ashurst Cemetery.
