Brad Emery

Brad J. Emery Loveable Teddy Bear Brad James Emery, 26, passed away March 16, 2008 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born March 20, 1981 in Salt Lake City, Utah, he was the son of James William and Roxanne Bowles Emery. He was sealed to his childhood sweetheart, Stephanie Ann Smith, August 8, 2002 in the Salt Lake Temple. He was a Journeyman Electrician for Hunt Electric for several years. An avid outdoorsman, Brad enjoyed bow hunting, camping, ATVs and fishing. Brad was blessed with the ability to make friends with everybody he met. He was known for greeting friends and family with a big, gentle hug. We will miss them! Survived by wife, Stephanie; parents, James and Roxanne Emery; father and mother-in-law, Dale and Nancy Smith; grandmothers: Nola Bowles and Velma Souza; brother; Troy (Bryn) Emery (niece, baby Chloe); sisters Jamie Anne, Heidi (Dallas) Cleverley, Jaclyn; sisters-in-law, Stacy (Ryan) Robinson and Shelly; beloved pets: Betsy and Koda. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m. at the Sunstone Chapel, 11543 South Keystone Drive (5940 W.). A viewing will be held Friday, 5:30-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Saturday at the church, 9:40-10:40 a.m. Interment, Herriman City Cemetery.
