Brooks Maverick Gonzales, a precious soul who graced the world for a fleeting moment, was born on September 5, 2024, and left us all too soon on the very same day. This short yet impactful journey took place at Mount Graham Medical Center, marking the beginning and end of a life that held so much promise.

Brooks arrival into the world was filled with dreams and aspirations, filling the hearts of family and friends with love, joy, and hope. Though his time with us was brief, it was a testament to the strength of love that surrounded him. Brooks was deeply cherished by his parents, Stevi Carrasco and Brennan Gonzales, who enveloped him with a warmth that is impossible to quantify.

In a world where lives sometimes stretch into decades, Brooks’ life, though only hours long, exemplified the unwavering bond between a child and their parents, a bond that will forever remain unbroken in the hearts of those who love him.

As we gather to honor and remember Brooks, we invite family and friends to join us for a graveside service on September 13, 2024, at 10:30 AM, at San Jose Cemetery located at 7398 E San Jose Rd, San Jose, AZ. Here, we will come together in remembrance and reflection, cherishing the brief spark of life that Brooks brought into our existence. A luncheon will be served following the graveside service in the American Legion Hall in Solomon.

While words may fall short in expressing the depth of sorrow felt by those who mourn Brooks, we find solace in the love that binds us and in the memories yet to come, no matter how fleeting they may be.
