Cheryl Madrid

Cheryl Nicole Madrid, 29, of Safford, passed away December 13, 2014. Cheryl was born August 8, 1985 to Jalita Hooper & Anthony Madrid in Gallup, New Mexico. Cheryl went to College at Eastern Arizona College where she studied phlebotomy. She was a mother and a homemaker. She loved collecting girlie stuff and she loved animals. Cheryl was the happiest when she gave birth to her two daughters; Nevaeh Madrid & Valicity Baeza and when she gave her life to Jesus. She is survived by her fiance Judson Romero, daughters; Nevaeh Madrid & Valicity Baeza, parents; Jalita Hooper & Anthony Madrid, siblings; Sheena Madrid, Farron Madrid, Nevada Brite & Iris Harvey, and grandparents; Joyce & Jearl Hooper. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Louis & Rita Lucero. Funeral services for Cheryl will be held on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at the New Testament Baptist Church in Safford with interment and a memorial service to be held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Pima Cemetery.
