Cheryl Nunez

Cheryl Jean Nunez, 49, of Bylas, passed away March 6, 2018 . Cheryl was born September 1, 1968 to Jerry Goseyun & Hattie Hunter in San Carlos, Arizona. Cheryl was a teacher at the Headstart schools. She enjoyed the children and was a very family orientated person. On May 2, 2009, she married Marcel Daniel Nunez in a ceremony held in Bylas. She was happiest when she was spending time with her family, children and grandchildren. One of her favorite things to do was to dance with her granddaughters. She also loved her puppy, Mia. She was an honest, down to earth, fun loving, caring, peaceful, wise and intelligent person who loved life and will be greatly missed by all who had the opportunity to meet her. She is survived by her loving husband, Marcel, her children; Jonathon Wytewa, Tiffani Wytewa, Romeo Moody and Rhonila Cody, her siblings; Carmelita, Danielle, Maxine, Roselind, Felicia, Juanita, Melissa, Anna and Michelle , 10 grandchildren and her puppy "Mia". Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents Hattie & Jerry Dan Goseyun. A wake will be held on Friday, March 16, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Nunez residence with the funeral services on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ernest Stanley Memorial Hall in Bylas, AZ. Interment will be in the Middle Mesa Cemetery.
