Christopher Goodrum

On Saturday, July 16, 2022, Christopher Andreas Goodrum, loving son, nephew, brother, cousin boyfriend and devoted friend passed away at the young age of 38. Chris was born on March 4, 1984 to Tina Jean and Andreas Delar Goodrum in Safford Arizona. Chris attended High School in Thatcher Arizona was a successful businessman that owned Gila Valley, Tires & Wheels in Pima. Years later Chris moved to Phoenix and established Competition and Topline Auto in Mesa. Pete Buehler was his business partner, devoted best friend and father figure. As a business owner, Chris was known to be very generous and caring to all of his employees and those in his care. He was known for asking individuals how they were and making sure they were okay and had what they needed each day. Chris loved travel and was also a gourmet cook. Chris became passionate about cooking after watching The Food Network and BBQ Pit Masters and then spent his time learning how to cook various types of cuisine. Chris will be remembered for his hard work, delicious cooking, smile, quick wit, generosity and light-hearted approach to life. Chris is survived by his mother Tina Jean Frazee, his devoted best friend Pete Buehler, his girlfriend Nikohl Brett, John Buehler, cousins, aunts and uncles. He is proceeded in death by his father Andreas Delar Goodrum, Grandmother Melba Jean Daniel, Grandfather Noble Leon Daniel and Great-Grandmother Francis Johnson. Services will be held at McDougal Caldwell funeral home on Monday July 25th. A viewing will be held from 9:00-10:00 am, the funeral service will commence at 10:00 am.
