Cleofas Bailon

Cloefus Gonzales Bailon "Cleo", 91, of Mesa, peacefully passed away on October 27, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 2, 1926 in Sonora, Texas to Ignacio & Josefa Patino Gonzales. Cleo loved to play bingo and go to the Casinos and spending time with beloved family. She is survived by her children; Reyes Barron of Peoria, AZ, Eppie Benavidez of Freedom, CA, Frances Cuellar of La Mesa, TX, Christina Cortez of San Tan Valley, AZ and Margaret Belmonte of Yakima, WA, 22 Grandchildren, 36 Great-Grandchildren and 23 Great-Great Grandchildren. Cleo is preceded in death by her husband Ralph Bailon and her son Raymond Barron. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at the McDougal's Caldwell Funeral Chapel starting at 6:00 p.m. with the Rosary being led at 7:00 p.m. by Deacon Carlos Vessels. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Robert Rodriguez as Celebrant. Interment will be in the Safford Cemetery following services.
