Clinton Kartchner

Clinton B. Kartchner 1918 ~ 2008 Clinton Black Kartchner passed away August 31, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born May 4, 1920 in Blanding Utah to Franklin and Elva Kartchner. He married Merle Iola Allridge Kartchner in Blanding Utah on May 7, 1938 and were sealed for time and all eternity in the Manti Temple on December 1, 1938. He met his bride of 69 years, at a dance, immediately fell in love and saw no reason to date anyone else. They got married shortly thereafter. Preceding him in death is wife; his parents and brother, Verl Kartchner. Clint is survived by his children: Raymond (Lola), Lynn, Jerry (Susan), Carolyn Mayhew, and Brent (Dee); 18 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 2 great- great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 4, 2008, 11:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where a viewing will be held the same day, 9:3010:45 a. m. Interment, Mountain View Memorial Estates.
