Crystal Anderson

May 19, 1986 — November 23, 2020

Crystal Nicole Anderson-Nash May 19, 1986 - November 23, 2020. Crystal entered into eternal rest on November 23, 2020, in Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 34 to be reunited with loved ones that had gone before her, her father, Edward Anderson Jr, her brother Jeremiah Baylish. She was born on May 19, 1986, in San Carlos, Arizona to the late Miranda Kitcheyan-Anderson & Edward Anderson, Jr. She is survived by her husband Jeffrey Nash, her 4 children Terry Bahlen Jr, Alyssa Nash, Malina Nash, and Ethan Nash, her mother Miranda Anderson, her siblings Marissa Knaack (Andrew), Drew Anderson, Maurice Anderson Sr., Rayonna Baylish, her nephew Maurice Anderson Jr. and two nieces Azairy Hernandez and Kennedy Hernandez, and the family dog Sophia. As a child Crystal lived in Bylas, until the family moved to Peridot in 1987. She was the cutest, and the happiest little one. The first thing you would notice about her was her curly hair. We called her by her nickname Juisa. Her godparents in baptism were Harrison and Eloise Talgo. Her traditional godmother was Adalane Aday-Antonio. She attended Rice Elementary School and San Carlos High School where she graduated in 2006. Crystal became a mother to Terry Bahlen Jr., or as she called him "Snubs", on February 10, 2006. They enjoyed spending the weekends in the valley, watching movies, spending time together, and not looking forward to working on Monday. Crystal also helped raise her little sister Rayonna, she took her everywhere and planned her sunrise dance. After high school, Crystal held numerous summer employment positions for work where she gained experience and good work ethics. Around 2007 she wanted to do something more challenging and applied to the San Carlos Detention Center, where she went through rigorous training, and education. Crystal started her career in December 2007 as a correctional officer, then went to office administration, and finally worked in surveillance and monitoring. During her 12 years working at the detention center, she made some lifetime friendships with her fellow co-workers. She was good at what she did and worked hard to provide for her family. When she started work there, She told her mother "I better not see any of you in jail. If you do, I'm gonna disown you, and treat you like any other inmate". Crystal met the love of her life, Jeffrey Nash in 2009. They were married on November 19, 2010. Crystal and Jeffrey became parents and Snubs became a big brother to Alyssa "Catness" Nash, Malina "Slush" Nash, and Ethan "Cuties" Nash. This was their nickname that Crystal called them by. Her family was her life, and she made sure they had everything they needed. She made every holiday festive and fun for the kids. Their favorite was Halloween at which time the whole family would dress up, enjoy the day, and scare all the neighborhood children. Crystal was a great mother, she loved spending quality time with her children and going on car rides with them. She enjoyed being with Jeff at the shooting range. In Jeffrey, she found her soulmate as they always enjoyed spending quality time together, they loved traveling everywhere and exploring new places. Her favorite pastime was shopping, watching movies, going to concerts, listening to music, going to watch wrestling, learning everything about makeup, and eating early morning Jack in the Box tacos. She also loved to spend time under the mesquite tree at her mother's house with Jeffrey, Maurice, Sonny, and the rest of the family having cookouts, socializing, hanging out, and having a good time. Our sister, mother, wife, daughter, and aunt had a big heart, was kind, respectful, and always did whatever she could to help others. She was funny, loud, and would talk your ear off. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020, beginning with a viewing at 10:00 a.m. followed by the funeral services at 11:.00 a.m. at the Black Point Cemetery.
