Dale Haswell

View the image gallery Dale M. Haswell, 89, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2012 in Safford, Arizona. Dale was born May 21, 1923 in Randolph, Nebraska to Alice and Charles Haswell. Dale moved to Portland, Oregon as a young man after he was discharged from the Army Air Corps having served in WWII. Later he married his love, Shirley Miller and they were married for 60 years. Dale retired from Arden Farms dairy where he drove a wholesale milk delivery truck. In his retirement he refinished antique furniture. In 1999, he and Shirley moved to Safford and lived next door to their son Richard. Dale is preceded in death by his loving wife Shirley. Dale is survived by his son Richard, of Clifton, grandson Tyler (Pamela) and 2 great grandsons, Isaac and Marshall of Safford. Interment will be in the Mountain View Cemetery in Oregon City, Oregon at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of McDougals Caldwell Funeral Chapel.
