Daniel J. Donahue Danny Daniel Joseph Donahue IV, 47, passed away August 11, 2008 in Murray, Utah from complication of Diabetes. Born November 24, 1960 in Salt Lake City, Utah, son of Daniel Joseph Donahue III and Roberta Marie Giles. Married Cindy Huston May 1, 1981. He enjoyed smoking foods, Falconry and cheesecake. Dan is a wonderful husband and father and was blessed with two amazing children. Survived by his wife, Cindy; daughter, Michelle (Michael) Veenendaal; son, Shaun; his parents; siblings: twin sister, Danette (Kevin) Chase, Scott (Staci) Donahue and Jim Petus; in-laws: Grant and Elaine Huston; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brother, Kurt; grandparents: Dan and Alfreda Donahue and Tillie Steed. Though your earthly body was picked apart for years by this senseless disease ~ your spirit never wavered. Be free now, my love, and fly . . . The family would like to express a special thanks to the doctors and all those who have taken such amazing care of Danny through the years. Funeral services will be held Friday, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where a viewing will be held Thursday, 6-8 p.m. and Friday, 11-11:45 a.m. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery.
