David Chapman

David L.Chapman, Sr. 1933~2009 Our loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother, passed away on October 23, 2009 in Salt Lake City, at the age of 76. David was born October 21, 1933, in Jamestown, Missouri, to Richard and Minnie Chapman. He married Carol Gayler on October 23, 1953, in Salt Lake City. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and worked in the construction field as a brick layer for 29 years. He is survived by his wife, Carol; children: Gerald (Janine), Larry, Denise, Shari; 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and brother Walt. He was proceeded in death by son, David Jr., father, mother, brothers, and sisters. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 26, 2009, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. Viewing will be held Monday, 10-11:45 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Interment, Redwood Memoral Estates.
