David Clinger

David Lee Clinger 1941 ~ 2009 Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend passed away peacefully at home of natural causes April 14, 2009. Born August 29, 1941 in Rexburg, Idaho, to Eva LaVern Lucas and Albert William Clinger. He overcame a physical disability to earn 3 degrees and worked nearly 25 years for Sperry Univac/Unisys as a Senior Electrical Engineer. He was a Hamm Radio Operator (K7CVB). Lee has a love of his family, Heavenly Father and for life that was unconditional. We know that we will be together again. He is survived by his devoted wife, Lorie; children: David (Julie), Matt (Kara), Megan (Nate) and Johnathan; grandchildren: Dayna, Lauren, Kevin, Taylor, Kelsey, Signe, Max and Zander; brothers, John Jay and Garth. Funeral services will be held Monday, 12 noon, at the Mountain Shadows 1st Ward, 7925 South 2700 West. A viewing will be held Sunday, 6 - 8 pm at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Monday at the church, 11 - 11:45 am. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
