David Hamilton

David Steve Hamilton June 21, 1960 ~ August 19, 2008 Steve passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2008 from complications following surgery. He was born in Salt Lake City to David L. and Marie Hamilton. He married Michelle Masters, later divorced. Steve graduated from Granger High School and worked as a brick layer for Almond Masonry. Steve was a great son, brother, uncle and father but mostly Steve was a great person and a hard, honest worker. Steve always completed his professional and personal projects with pride and enjoyment. Steve took time to enjoy his weekends and holidays where he enjoyed outdoor activities, especially fishing, camping, bow hunting and most of all, Utah Utes football games. Go Utes!!! Survived by his son, his pride and joy, Brandon (Angie); sisters, Terry (Craig) and Jean; brothers, Jerry (Misty), Brian (Stacie), Kenny (Brandy); many nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly, and his childhood best friend, Mark Almond. Preceded in death by his parents. Steve was loved and will be missed greatly by all who knew him!! A viewing will be held Friday from 6-7:30 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 23, 2008, 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home, where friends may call from 12-12:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment, Midway City Cemetery.
