Deborah Jo Devore, a loving homemaker and cherished member of the community, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2024, in Tucson, Arizona. She was born on June 30, 1962, in Morenci, Arizona, to Betty Nunley and Norman Brown.
Deborah grew up surrounded by love and support from her parents and siblings. She was the beloved sister of Sarah Hayes, Chet Brown, Patrick Darner, and Elaine Pointer. Her nurturing nature extended beyond her immediate family as she spread kindness and warmth among all those she encountered.
After attending Thatcher High School where she graduated in 1980, Deborah focused on creating a loving home for her children. She married Michael Devore in Payson, Arizona in 2010. Together they shared a beautiful bond built on trust, love, and unwavering loyalty.
Deborah's biggest joys in life were her children: Brandon, Tyler, Raelynn and niece Brianne. She showered them with unconditional love and support every day. Her nurturing spirit continued to shine as she became a doting grandmother to ten grandchildren who brought immense happiness into her life.
Those who knew Deborah knew that one of her passions was reading. She had an insatiable curiosity for literature which led to countless hours of engrossment in captivating stories. Whether it was diving into a novel or sharing her love for books with others in her community.
Throughout her life, Deborah displayed an unwavering commitment to helping others. Her selflessness knew no bounds as she offered assistance whenever possible. She dedicated much of her time volunteering for various local charities and organizations aimed at making a positive impact on the community's well-being.
Deborah's magnetic personality drew people towards her effortlessly. Her kind and loving nature touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to cross her path. Her strong spirit was a testament to her resilience and determination.
Deborah Jo Devore is survived by her adoring children, grandchildren, beloved siblings, and a multitude of friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with her. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, as well as her aunt Margie and Aunt Wandie.
