Deluvina Tafoya

Deluvina Tafoya Della Our loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away April 13, 2009. She was born January 26, 1935 in Cleveland, New Mexico to Gregorio and Annie Lujan Pando, the first of seven children. She worked for BD and Merit Medical as a QA and at Jordan Valley Hospital and Hillcrest Care Center, in housekeeping, before retiring. She loved to read and be with her family. Della is survived by her daughter, Julie; granddaughter, Brittany; sisters: Mary, Bessie and Margaeret; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by parents; brothers: Fred, George, Gilbert; nephew, Willie. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Heritage Bennion Care Center and Bristol Hospice for the wonderful care given to Della. A viewing will be held Saturday, 11 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
