Derek Aranda

On Tuesday July 12 Derek Cisto Joseph Aranda was suddenly taken from us and welcomed in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ. Derek was born November 4, 1999 to Concepcion (Wedo) Aranda and Roxanne (Ornelas) Aranda. Derek enjoyed being outdoors whether it was listening to music looking at the stars or Swimming and fishing with his family. Derek had a beautiful loving heart. He always wanted to help where ever needed and always greeted you with a smile and a big hug. He loved play fighting with his siblings and would let out the highest pitch of a scream that only dogs could hear to torture everyone. Derek was a free spirit and loved life to it's fullest. He would be so sassy with his words and then turn around and be so loving. He was definitely our sour patch kid. Even though we are hurting and miss him like crazy we know he is happy in Heaven. Derek was greeted in heaven by his Great parents Chono Aranda, Deacon Marcello and Nally Arbizo, Porfie and Raymond Anzualda, Chonita and Victorano Ornelas. Cousin Damian Jr and Daniel Aranda. Derek is survived by his parents Concepcion and Roxanne, siblings Alex, Steven, Jasmyne, Siannah and Ezra. Grandparents Chono Jr and Anita Aranda, Victor and Martha Ornelas many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
