Diane Evelyn Leonard Boone Rest In Heaven Diane Evelyn Leonard Boone, age 67, passed away January 27, 2008 after a courageous fight with cancer. Born September 29, 1940 in Bingham Canyon, Utah to Lewis W. and Olive Xaice Leonard. Dee faced her last two-years with grace, style, and class. Tremendously loved she will be deeply missed. Dee enjoyed being around her family and enjoyed talking about old times growing up in Bingham Canyon. She made people feel at home and comfortable and thought of others before herself. Dee was especially fond of animals and we take solace knowing that she will be reunited with many loved ones including a few fury friends. Survived by daughter, Tracy Thurman; son, Mike Thurman (Nicole); grandchildren: Haylee and Brennen; 3 brothers: Doug Leonard, Time Leonard and Richard Leonard; 2 sisters: Liz Adderley and Judy Lampropoulos; brother-in-law, Paul Boone (Pat). Preceded in death by husband, Gary Herbert Boone; sister, Louise Kendall. Dianes beautiful sweet spirit will always shine within our hearts and soul. A viewing will be held Friday, February 1, 2008, 2 3:30 p.m. with a prayer service, 3:30- 4:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. In lieu of flowers please send donations to St. Thereses Catholic Church (Midvale, Utah) for chapel restoration in memory of Dee Boone.
