Diane Tafoya Christensen Gomez 1959 ~ 2010 Our beautiful wife, daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend graduated and went to be forever inJesus' loving arms. Born to Louis Tafoya and Ruby (Tafoya) Ellsworth. Diane was a strong woman of faith and was a blessing to all she met. Surviving her are her husband Daniel Gomez, daughter Natalie Hernandez, sons Parker and Jesse Christensen, step-children Mireya and Daniel II, mother Ruby Ellsworth, siblings Virginia Rasmussen (Gary), Louise Wismer (Tim), Robert Tafoya, Louis Tafoya, Dean Tafoya (Helen), Bruce Tafoya (Joyce) and Jeri Tafoya. Grandchildren Asia and Kobe and many relatives and friends. Preceded in death by father Louis, step father Cecil Ellsworth, brother Eddie Virgil. Friends and family will celebrate her life at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 So. Redwood Rd. on Wednesday, Sept. 1st from 7-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Calvary Chapel, 460 West Century Drive (4330 S.), Salt Lake City on Thursday, Sept. 2nd at 3:00 p.m. We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
