Donald Flint

Donald Flint,76 of Safford passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 in Tucson. Donald Ray Flint, Sr., "Ducey Babe" was born May 6, 1937 to Roy Flint and Mary Jane Waldrouph. Donald married Beverly Ann Stephens on April 11, 1963 in Boil, Mississippi. He and Beverly moved to Safford in 1967 where he worked for L & L Auto as an auto body man for 46 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing slots and watching old westerns on tv. He and Beverly enjoyed over 50 years of marriage and his children and grandchildren were his life. Donald is survived by his wife, Beverly; children, Donnie Ray Flint, Jr., Clifford Dale Flint and Karla Jo (Flint) Tilton, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Roy and Mary Jane and siblings; Milton, Dale, Eddie, Earlene Logan and Elgin Flint. A viewing will be conducted on Monday, July 29, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at Caldwell Funeral Chapel with funeral services to follow beginning at 10:00 a.m.. Interment will follow at the Safford Cemetery.
