Dorothy Lorrain Barham Blackham 1939 ~ 2008 Our beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, wife and dear friend, passed away in her West Jordan home July 17, 2008 after struggling with health problems. She was born September 30, 1939 in Martin, Utah to Donald Lloyd Barham and Virginia Mildred Granger Barham. Dorothy attended schools in Carbon County, later earning her GED and attending Glendale Community College in Phoenix, AZ. Married Donald Alvin Jensen in 1957; later divorced. Married Frank Blackham May 14, 1986. Dorothy loved to read and enjoyed making dolls and doing crafts. Survived by her husband, Frank Blackham; sister, Betty (Walt) Slaven; brothers: Donald (JoAnn) Barham, Jack (Beth) Barham; sons: Walt (Ginger) Jensen, Judd (Kathy) Jensen, Calvin (Jen) Blackham, John (Beth) Blackham; daughters: Tonia (Doug) Barth and Ellen (Tracy) Allred; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents and three siblings. Because of her tender love, her influence will endure in the hearts and lives of all who knew her. She loved and cared for her family with affection. We will miss her and think of her often for the wonderful memories and love she gave to all of us. Dorothy will finally get her wish to fly with the angels that she loved so much. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 23, 2008, 10:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where a viewing will be held, 9-9:45 a.m. prior to services. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Price City Cemetery, 595 East 400 North, Price, Utah.
