Edward Anderson Sr, 77, of Bylas entered into eternal life September 13, 2009 in Apache Junction. He was born October 2, 1932, in Bylas, the son of the late Paul and Maggie Rope Anderson Sr. He attended Bylas Day School and Fort Thomas High School. During high school he got drafted and served in the United States Army. He later was employed by the Cattle Association, School Districts, and Bureau of Indian Affairs. He retired in August 1988 after working 32 years and 8 months. He married Audrey Talgo in 1952 and raised nine children. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, family get-togethers, gardening, reading, and telling stories. He was a proud veteran, who served his country well. A viewing will be held Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Caldwell Funeral Chapel with a viewing to follow at 4:00 p.m in Bylas. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, September 20, 2009 in the Bylas Lutheran Church at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at the Black Point Cemetery.
