Emilio Romero

Life long resident of Safford, Emilio Theodore Romero, Jr., also known as "Ted" or "Teddy", passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 57. Emilio was born on December 4, 1964, to parents Emilio Torrio Romero & Rosa De Lima Palma Romero. Ted was very talented in plumbing, roofing, and mechanical engineering. He didn't have children but his Great-Nieces & Nephews were spoiled with the love he gave. He is survived by his parents Emilio & Rose Romero, his siblings; Tony and Audrey Romero, and his Nieces and Nephews; Chris, Matt, and Janelle Arevalo, and Jordan and Katelyn Romero. Ted is preceded in death by his Grandparents; Pat & Frances Palma, Isidoro & Juanita Romero, his Uncles; Larry, Pat, Sammy, and Frank Romero, and Pat Palma, and his Nephew Nick Arevalo. A Viewing and Recitation of the Rosary will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2022, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the McDougal's Caldwell Funeral Chapel. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 18th beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with interment to follow in the Safford Cemetery.
