Enriqueta Flores Huizar, 95, of Duncan, AZ, quietly entered into eternal rest on November 4, 2017 in Mesa, AZ. She was born December 5, 1921 in Fabens, TX to Emilio & Carmen Flores.
She married Pastor Huizar in Texas before moving to Arizona to start their lives together and having a family. They were blessed with 3 children; Grace, Alfred and Lydia. Enriqueta was a homemaker who prided herself in her family. Pastor worked in the Morenci mine and they made their home in the Duncan area.
Her greatest accomplishment was raising her family and watching the family grow with each grandchild and great-grandchild. She truly loved being a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her life was centered around her family.
Enriqueta is survived by her loving children; Alfred (Joy) Huizar, Sr. and Lydia (Lawrence) Saiz, her 10 Grandchildren; Rudy, Jr., Debbie, Ronnie, Randy, Sr., Alfred, Jr., David, Tony, Donna, Jayme and Lawrence III, her Great Grandchildren; Randy, Jr., Desarae, Rudy III, Christopher, Jason, Celeste, Eric, Jewel, Justin, AJ, Anella, Garett, Samuel and Hazel, her 5 Great-Great Grandchildren; Natalya, Randy III, BellaGrace, Jeremiah and Emma Grace, and 2 more on the way; baby Saiz and baby Martinez and 1 Brother Domingo Flores, 99, of Willcox.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Pastor Huizar, her parents Emilio and Carmen Flores, her daughter Grace H. Perez and 5 siblings.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church beginning at 9:00 a.m. with the Rosary being led at 9:30 a.m. by Ronnie Perez. The Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. followed by the interment in the Sheldon Cemetery.
