Fern Middaugh

Fern Middaugh 1928 ~ 2010 Our beloved mother completed her circle of life, surrounded by her loving family. She gave us her unconditional love and support, living by the expression: Dont walk in front of me, I may not follow Dont walk behind me, I may not lead Just walk beside me And be my friend. Fern was born to Ervin and Eleanor Nielson Romero, September 24, 1928. She graduated from West High School and married Von Berdene (Dean) Middaugh on February 14, 1952. She enjoyed a 30 year retail sales career. Lovingly, she raised her children: Ross (Karrie), Kirk (Ellen), and Janet. Doting grandmother of Landon (Kim), Garrett (Stefanie), Morgan, Clifton, and Wyatt. She was proud of her two beautiful great-granddaughters, Lilly and Jaycie. On October 23, 2010, Fern succumbed to natural causes at home. Graveside services will be Wednesday, October 27, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road. Services under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
