Flora Onsurez

Flora Medina Onsurez, 78, of Safford, entered into rest on June 2, 2014, at her home surrounded by family. Flora was born October 26, 1935 to Reyes Medina and Petra Martinez Medina in Texas. On March 21, 1956, Flora married Blas Cano Onsurez and they started their family. Flora loved being a homemaker all her life, taking care of her children and grand-children and spending time with family. Flora enjoyed going yard selling and having yard sales. She also enjoyed cooking and canning. Flora got great joy from going to church and studying the Bible. Flora is survived by her husband of 58 years Blas, children David(Ramona), Daniel(Lelia), Sonny(Emma), Filemon(Shelley), Sheesha, and Miriam, 17 Grandchildren and 21 Great-Grandchildren. Flora was preceded in death by her parents Reyes and Petra, and brothers Marcelo and Johnny Medina. Flora was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Services will be held Saturday, June 14, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witness, Safford, Arizona.
