Frank Wilcox

FRANK SHAW WILCOX Frank Shaw Wilcox, 88, beloved father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully November 27, 2009. Frank loved History, and was an English teacher at East High. He was a member of the Sons of American Revolution and Mayflower Society, as well as the Sons of the Utah Pioneers. He was a Veteran of World War II in the Pacific Arena. He was among the first troops to re-take the Philippine Islands . Frank is survived by one son: S. Michael (Laura) Wilcox; two daughters: Sandra (Michael) Halverson, Karen (Glen) Heiney; brother, Wayne Wilcox; 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held December 3, 2009, 10:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. Friends may come 1 hour prior to service.
