Gail Ganilla was born on December 10, 1967 to Mary Mary Lee Ganilla (deceased) & Fernando Pechuli, Sr. (deceased). Gail grew up in Bylas, AZ. She has 3 children Cheyanna Jones, Steve Gustina, Jr & Keeshia Stanley. Gail has 2 grandchildren Damian Jones & Aulanna Jones. Her grandchildren meant the world to her, especially Nanna-Rose. Gail grew a relationship with her fiance of 16 years, John Upshaw. She gained another family that she really loved and was happy to be a part of.
Gail attended Our Saviors Lutheran School, grades K-8th during her younger years. She then finished 9th through 12th grade at Ft. Thomas High School.
Gail spent her younger years playing with family. She enjoyed everything and always had no complaints. The best time of her life was attending church at the Bylas Holiness Church. She grew another family, which she was happy about. Attending church and hearing testimonials and hearing the word of God touched her heart. Every time you would talk to her about anything, at the end of the conversation it’s always “In Jesus Name!”
She was given the nickname “Peanuts”, because when she was born, she was tiny and that name stuck with her by family and friends. When you would say “Peanuts” all you would see is her smiling face of hers.
She leaves us with so many memories of her to remember. She is gone but she will never be forgotten. It’s not goodbye, it’s I'll see you later, IN JESUS NAME.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at the Bylas Holiness Church beginning at 6:00 a.m. with the funeral service beginning at 10:00. The burial will follow in the Black Point Cemetery.
