Garrick Dale Stanley, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on December 20, 2024, in Phoenix, Arizona. Born on February 26, 1964, in San Carlos, Arizona, Garrick's life was marked by his kind nature, humor, and dedication to those he cherished.
A proud graduate of Fort Thomas High School, Garrick embarked on a career as a carpenter, devoting his skills to building houses and creating homes for families. His work was not only a profession but also a passion that he approached with commitment and care. Known for his funny and outgoing personality, Garrick had a big heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
In his spare time, Garrick enjoyed hunting and fishing, finding joy in the beauty of nature. He was also an ardent fan of basketball, often seen sharing the excitement of games with family and friends.
Garrick is survived by his loving daughter, Sheila Stanley; his son, Sonny Stanley; and three cherished grandchildren who brought immense joy to his life. He was preceded in death by his dear spouse, Veda Pike Stanley, and his mother, Reah Stanley.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on December 30, 2024, from 6:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Lighthouse Assembly of God in Bylas, Arizona. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, concluding with burial at Black Point Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
