Gayle Launsby

Gayle Louise Hamilton Launsby, known to many as Momo passed away at her residence on April 3rd 2013. Gayle was preceded in death by her beloved husband Bill Launsby in 2000. She was the daughter of Elmer and Mildred Stevens of Duncan Arizona. She was born July 9th 1947. Gayle earned her associates degree from EAC and was also a certified nurses assistant. She volunteered for Hospice Home Care after retiring. She loved to read and had a passion to communicate through letter writing with many pen pals across the country . Gayle is survived by her son Michael of Tulsa Oklahoma and Kristi Flatt of Safford and five grandchildren Kevin, Summer, Kyle (KC), Kristin, and Kennedy. Services for Gayle will begin with a visitation at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 10 at McDougal's Caldwell Funeral Chapel in Safford followed by the funeral at 10:00 a.m. Services will be officiated by Pastor Kris Keyes. She will be laid to rest at the family plot in Duncan, Arizona on April 10th 2013.
