George Wenzlick

George Joseph Wenzlick was born in Granite City, IIllnois on July 26, 1952 to George F. Wenzlick and Katherine D. Bostick Wenzlick, and he transitioned to the presence of Jesus on February 20, 2023. George grew up in Phoenix and joined the Navy in 1970, but returned to Phoenix and started Arrow Manufacturing, then retired to Safford several years ago. George is preceded in death by his parents, George and Katherine Wenzlick, brother Stephen Wenzlick, sisters Barbara Burrowbridge and Rose Thiel, and nephews Dennis Swann and Braden Thiel. He is survived by his sister Patty and husband Marvin Salcido, Sr., nephews Michael Swann and Marvin Salcido, Jr., nieces Justina Manero and Heather Smith, and cousins Debbie Wolf and Mary Tutch, many grand-nieces and nephews, and close friends Alfonso and Diana Urrea. George lived a life of loving and giving. He will be greatly missed for his dry humor and many stories that were heard over and over!
