Gilbert Mayhue Gil Gilbert Mayhue died Tuesday, March 10, 2009 in the Siloam Springs, Arkansas Nursing Home. Born July 3, 1920 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Mark Anthony Mayhue and Lucy Jackson. Married Fay Feveryear Holst on July 18, 1947 in Ogden, Utah. Retired from Hi-Land Dairy. Resident of Oakley, Utah from 1975 to 1996. Survived by sister, Alice Geraldine (George) Hart; step-children, Bob (Dianna) Holst, Freda (Virgil) Stanley, Larry (Marci) Holst, Joyce (Roger) Hill. Preceded in death by wife; parents and brother. Thanks to Diane and Terry Cox, Siloam Springs Nursing Home, and Circle of Life Hospice.
