Hazel Lee (Turner) Graham, 64, of Miami, AZ, passed away December 25, 2017, in Phoenix, AZ. She was born January 18, 1953, in Safford, AZ to Clarence Richard & Johnnie Kilgore Turner. She married Lonnie Golden Graham, Sr. on December 13, 1968, in Tucson.
Hazel attended school in Safford and attended Safford High School. She married Lonnie and moved to Miami, AZ. She worked for J.C. Penny, and Soil Conservation. She loved sports especially the Dallas Cowboys. She played city league volleyball and softball was an excellent cook, mother, wife, and homemaker. She loved to sing and cook for all her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Lonnie of Miami, AZ; sons, Lonnie Graham, Jr. (Nika) of Queen Creek, and Mike Graham of Phoenix; daughter, Latisha Graham (David) of Chandler; brothers, Robert Turner (Mary Sue) of Phoenix, Ronnie Turner of Phoenix, and Larry Turner (Colleen) of Miami, AZ; sisters, Virginia Johnson (Curtis) of Miami, AZ , Shirley Turner (Wade) of Safford, Ann Klajda of Tempe, and Denise Motley (Terry) of Queen Creek; and grandchildren, Loneesha Graham, Kaeloni Graham, Ameenah Graham, Kiara Kennedy, and Khalil Kennedy.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018, starting at 11:30 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at the New Life City Church in Safford. Interment will be in the Safford Cemetery.
